Michigan Heating Season

  1. Test house for carbon monoxide leaks
  2. Clean ignition assembly
  3. Check hot water heater
  4. Check flue draft and/ or inducer motor
  5. Check burner
  6. Measure volt amps on all motors
  7. Check & tighten electrical connections
  8. Check blower, lubricate if necessary
  9. Test safety controls
  10. Check thermostat
  11. Check humidifier and reset if needed
  12. Check filters and/ or electronic air cleaner
  13. Clean Flame sensor
  14. Check heat exchanger for carbon monoxide
  15. Start and check all equipment
  16. Check operation of Carbon monoxide detector
  17. Check pilot assemblies
  18. Check condensate drain
  19. Change standard air filter if provided
  20. Change humidifier pad( extra charge if not provided)*

 



Michigan Cooling Season:

  1. Check operating pressures
  2. Check for leaks
  3. Clean condenser coil
  4. Check evaporator coil for proper drainage
  5. Check condensate pump/ drain system for evaporator
  6. Check Filter
  7. Check amp draw of unit
  8. Check  blower
  9. Check if unit is level
  10. Check air temperature differential
  11. Shut down humidifier
  12. Check thermostat
  13. Change standard air filter if provided*
